Please Note: The following list reflects submersible pumps sold by The
Water Garden that will physically fit into this skimmer. This does not
imply that these pumps would be appropriate pumps for all applications,
you also need to ensure that the flow rates fit the constraints of the
skimmer after factoring in head loss (Vertical distance you raise the
water above the pond surface plus friction loss (Friction
Loss Chart).)

I've used this product for: less than 1 year
Comments: Just installed mine and it works as advertised. I built my pond amongst some trees. It really does a nice job of collecting the leaves and needles. Easy install. Make sure you tighten the screws on face plate pretty snug. Mine leaked down several inches overnight. Fine after I tightened them up a bit.

Select Faceplate Size:6 inch (FSS030): For ponds with a surface area of up to 200 sq ft, the recommended flow rate for optimum performance with the 6 inch Faceplate is 500 - 2000 gph.
8.5 inch(FSS035): For ponds with a surface area of up to 300 sq ft, the recommended flow rate for optimum performance with the 8.5 inch Faceplate is 1200 - 3000 gph. [Back]
