Most orders over $100 ship for FREE via UPS Ground. The only exceptions are items that require shipping by motor freight. These few items that require motor freight shipping are clearly marked with special shipping information on the item page.
Shipping on orders under $100.00 and/or orders being shipped by a method other than UPS, and orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated by UPS rates based on the actual product weights. To see the shipping charge of these orders, place all items in your cart and begin the checkout process. Some items have a preset shipping charge as noted on the item's description. International shipments may be subject to brokerage fees and other charges collected on delivery. We do not ship outside of North America. This free shipping offer is for retail customers only.
Please note that orders with both live goods and hardgood items will be divided into separate orders. This may change shipping costs. You will be emailed with details at least one day before shipping any portion of the order.
Most items are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders are processed, packed, and shipped as soon as possible. The time this takes varies from season to season.
When your order is picked up by UPS, you will be sent a notice via eMail. The notice will contain a UPS tracking number and instructions on how to track your package(s).

Be sure to include your order number and a phone number if you wish to be contacted by phone instead of eMail.
Estimated Delivery Times for Orders Shipped UPS Ground
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Transit times for orders sent via UPS Ground can be found in the above map. Items shipped by Motor Freight may take an additional 1-4 days for delivery.
These "days" refer to UPS delivery days which excludes weekends and major holidays. This applies to all shipping methods. (example: an order shipped on Thursday via 2 Day Air will generally arrive on Monday)
These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary slightly. If it will take much longer than indicated above (if an item is out of stock) we will contact you by eMail. If an item is marked out of stock on the website, the order will be held until the order can ship complete.
The Water Garden,LLC does not require signatures upon delivery. However, some carriers do require this. Often it is at the driver's discretion. It is best to have the order shipped where someone will be present.
Motor Freight shipments will never be left without signature. You must be present to accept all motor freight shipments.
