EZ Read Thermometer
The E-Z Read Pond Thermometer will Sink or Float to allow you to check water temperature at different depths in your pond. It comes with a 36 inch rope leash and has a magnifying lens.
A pond thermometer is a very valuable tool. Knowing the water temperature of your pond gives you a better understanding of what is going on in your pond. The water temperature is also your guide for what to do when, such as when to stop feeding your fish for the winter (50 degrees).
This Thermometer is 7-1/2 inches in length.

I've used this product for: more than 1 year
Comments: As others have stated... algae is an issue with this thermometer.
Justin from Colorado

I've used this product for: more than 5 years
Comments: Algae is a problem after a few short weeks but I take it out of the pond and spray bleach into the little holes, leave it horizonal a few minutes and/or move it back and forth to let the bleach cover the interior and wa-la the algae is gone. Be sure and rinse it thoroughly before putting it back into your pond.
Regina from Georgia

I've used this product for: less than 1 year
Comments: Great design. Too bad it filled with algae within a month. I can not read the temperature.
Karen from Minnesota

I've used this product for: more than 1 year
Comments: Very easy to read initially when fairly new.
Problem I had was that the inside glass eventually had a buildup of algae etc on it which then made it difficult to read. I could not clean it off. Tried small toothbrush and even pipe cleaners but with only limited success. Eventually had to discard the thermometer.
