Shipping will typically range from $75.00 to $130.00 per box depending on your location. The shipping charge on fish will NOT be show up during checkout.
All fish are shipped on Tuesdays via UPS Next Day Air. Orders finalized by Noon Eastern Time Wednesday will ship the following Tuesday. An order is not finalized until you have approved the shipping cost. Your fish will arrive on the Wednesday morning after they are shipped.
Each unit of fish is sold per “Half-Box.” A half-box shipping alone ships at the same price as a full box. You can get (2) half-boxes shipped for the same charge as (1) half-box. (3) Half boxes would ship for the price of (2) full boxes.
All fish are measured from the nose to the end of the tail.
You must be present at the delivery address on Wednesday morning to accept delivery and properly care for your new fish.
Fish are shipped separately from other items and do not apply to any free shipping offers, they also do not count towards the subtotal on other free shipping offers.
If you have received a shipping amount by phone or email, and are ordering online please state in the comments section of the checkout process that you have been given and accept the shipping charge to prevent delays in processing your order.
