E6100 is a unique non-sag adhesive formulated to meet high-performance industrial requirements. E6100 will not sag, drip or run, and can be used in applications that require vertical and horizontal hold. E6100 adheres to more surfaces than virtually any other adhesive. E6100 has exceptional adhesion to wood, metal, glass, fiberglass, ceramics, masonry and concrete. It also adheres strongly to leather,rubber, and many plastics. Not for use on Styrofoam. Because it is abrasion-resistant, E6100 may be used on high-wear surfaces. E6100 maintains its flexible bond in cold temperatures and may be used to bond items subject to vibration. The clear E6100 is not formulated for exposure to sunlight. For these applications, paint over E6100 after it has cured.
Directions:
- Please read all directions before using.
- Surface should be clean, dry, and free of dirt. Roughen surface before use.
- Trim end of nozzle. Puncture inner seal. To store, wrap with foil.
- Test small area before full use.
- Best when used between 70 and 85 degrees F.
- Cure time increases with lower temperatures.
- For maximum-strength bond, allow 24 to 72 hour dry time.
- For joining non-porous surfaces, apply a thin coat to each surface. Wait 10 minutes and press surfaces together.
- Clean uncured adhesive with acetone or citrus-based solvents. Cured material may be removed by cutting or scraping.
