Oase Icefree Ice Preventor
- Keeps an 8" circle around the float free of ice down to -4˚ F
Very energy efficient as only a small flow rate is needed. Uses only 5 watts.

Keeps a portion of the garden pond free of ice down to - 4˚ F. The winter-design float is connected to a pump via a silicon hose that is suspended in the pond. It moves warmer water from the deeper zones of the pond and thus keeps the area around the float free of ice. This relieves the pond environment from excessive stresses due to gasses from fermentation processes or lack of oxygen.
