Easy to use
- Insert ActivepH into your garden pond. Anchor your ActivepH using the lanyard provided. Once fully wet (1-2 hours), ActivepH responds to pH changes in minutes.
- Compare the active membrane to the color reference blocks to determine your pH level.
- We recommend you place the PondMeter away from direct sunlight, in a skimmer or in an area of the pond with minimal water current or flow. (Direct sunlight will destroy the tester.)
- For best results change the refill in your ActivepH PondMeter every 4-6 weeks. A pH test is most accurate in correctly buffered water.
Find the Optimal pH Range for Your Fish
Your fish will be bright, active and healthy when their pH values are closest to their natural habitat. The ideal pH level for Koi and goldfish is 7.0 to 7.5. For other types of fish, contact your breeder.
