Air is drawn into the pump through a small pipe protruding above the pond's surface. A specialized winged impeller mixes the air with water and discharges the mixture into the pond through a 90-degree outlet tube that is attached to the top of the pump.

Comments: So far so good. I haven't had to clean the pump yet. I have had it running for about 2 months now. I sat it on a rock formation on the bottom of the pond.
