Warranty Information

The Water Garden, LLC sells only the highest quality products.

We guarantee our plants to arrive in viable condition. We will ship you a healthy plant and we only ask that you take care of the plant according to our instructions. We can not be responsible when you select plants that are not suitable for your climate or weather conditions.

The warranty period is stated in the product description for most other items. These warranty claims will be handled either by The Water Garden or by the manufacturer for repair or replacement only.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive, you can return the product for a full refund of purchase price. Returns will be accepted for non-live items that:

  • Are unused and in original packaging
  • Were purchased less than 30 days prior
  • Were not special cuts (i.e. netting, tubing, filter media etc.)

If you received free or discounted shipping on an order for which you are returning an item, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund you receive.

The Water Garden, LLC will not assume responsibility for incorrect information entered on your order form. We cannot warranty any item based on color. Colors can vary on different computer monitors and their settings.

Product Returns: Before returning any item, contact The Water Garden, LLC for an authorization number. When returning merchandise please use original packing materials to insure that the item arrives undamaged. The Water Garden,LLC can not be responsible for items damaged while being returned to us. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. Items returned without an RMA number are not guaranteed a credit due to possible loss of items but if credited are subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for arranging returns and any charges for those returns.

Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, contact The Water Garden, LLC immediately for instructions. Damaged items received by motor freight should be refused or the damage noted on the bill of lading, depending on the severity of damage.

Aqua Ultraviolet – All Aqua Ultraviolet warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer at 1-800- 454-2725

Atlantic – The Water Garden will help with any Atlantic warranty claims, contact us for a return authorization.

Cal Pump - The Water Garden will help with any Cal Pump warranty claims, contact us for a return authorization.

Contech (Scarecrow) - Contech warranty claims can be handled either with The Water Garden (contact us for a return authorization) or directly with Contech (800-767-8658).

Danner (Pondmaster) – Danner warranty claims can be handled either with The Water Garden (contact us for a return authorization) or directly with Danner (631-234-5261).

Farm Innovators – All Farm Innovators warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer at 1-800- 277-8401.

Firestone - The Water Garden will help with any Firestone warranty claims, contact us for a return authorization. All Firestone warranty claims must be inspected by the manufacturer to determine cause of problem.

Leader - The Water Garden will help with any Leader warranty claims, contact us for a return authorization.

Multi-Duti (Sequence) - Sequence warranty claims can be handled either with The Water Garden (contact us for a return authorization) or directly with Multi-Duti (800-447-8342). All Sequence warranty claims must be inspected by the manufacturer to determine cause of problem.

Oase - The Water Garden will help with any Oase warranty claims, contact us for a return authorization.

Savio - The Water Garden will help with any Savio warranty claims, contact us for a return authorization.
