Online. You can order directly through this website. Simply navigate through the catalog selecting the items you want by clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons. Once all items have been selected click on the "View Cart" tab at the top of the page to enter your shipping and payment information.

Telephone. Orders may be placed toll-free at 1.866.948.1479. This number is for orders only (for all other needs please use 423.870.2838 or send an email to info@WaterGarden.com).

Fax. Orders can be faxed into 423.870.3382. Please include payment information.

In-Store. Our store is located at 5212 Austin Road in Chattanooga, TN. We would be please to have you shop here or stop by and visit. Please note that not all items are in-stock at all times and some prices may vary.

Registering on our website. It is not necessary to register to order from The Water Garden, however there are several benefits to being a registered customer.

• Package tracking. Log in to check the status of your current orders and view tracking numbers.
• View order history. By logging in you can see your previous purchases (after 1/1/06 only)
• Pond Points. Registered customers are also eligible to receive discounts as part of our Pond Points program (you must be registered to the program itself as well).

Special note for debit card users: When you place your order your card is authorized. This temporarily removes the funds from your account. When your order ships your card is actually charged. This presents the potential for double the amount to be temporarily removed from your account. If you have any questions about this process please contact your bank. The Water Garden LLC will not be responsible for banking charges related to funds that were temporarily unavilable.
